Say hello to The BAO—a limited edition salad now available at all Salad Project sites. Created in collaboration with BAO Group Head Chef, Federico Cassino and The Salad Project's Culinary Director, Clementine Haxby, this salad is packed with bold flavours and is designed to bring the taste of BAO to your lunch break.
A bed of kale, grilled tenderstem, topped with smacked cucumber, pink pickled onion, garlic BAO croutons, tiger dressing, a soft boiled egg and yellow chilli chicken—this is a salad you won't want to miss.
