Our culinary team consists of expert creators, curators and flavour-obsessed minds. In our development kitchen, we experiment, taste, test, shape and push what salad can be. This inventiveness enables us to put our own tasty spin on well-known salads like the Caesar, and make them even better. We’re always developing food to order that become classics in their own right, like The GOAT (IYKYK). 

Everything is made from scratch on site, every day - seasoned, cooked and built with high-quality ingredients (nothing off the shelf). Generous portions, plenty of warm elements, and totally customisable to suit however you eat: whether you're a fibre lover, protein loader, or something in between.
