The Big 5: Celebrating Five Years of SP
Five years ago, we opened our first store in Spitalfields with a simple idea: London deserved better salads. Not sad, desk salads or afterthoughts - salads worth your time, that kept you going and coming back for more.
The GOAT has been our most-loved, longest-serving salad since we opened.
For our 5th birthday, we handed it to our product team and gave them one brief: make five versions that are worth five years of waiting.
Five weeks. Five entirely new GOATs. One for every year we've been around.
Each one is £10, and numbers are limited. Each one is available for one week only.
WIN A YEAR OF SALADS
Collect all five GOATs, over five weeks - and have the chance to win a year’s worth of salads.
Everyone who enters will win a prize - a GOAT salad, SP merch or prizes from our partners.
How to enter:
Pick up a stamp card from all stores from 7 May until 17 May 2026.
Purchase one limited edition GOAT each week, and have your card stamped

GET THE EXCLUSIVE GOATS
The first limited edition GOAT launches on Monday 11 May, and is available until Sunday 17 May.
Each new GOAT will follow this cadence, launching on Monday and running until the Sunday.
The campaign ends on 14 June 2026.
Terms and conditions:
Promoter: The Salad Project.
The Promotion: The GOAT Birthday Competition ("the Competition") runs from 11 May 2026 to 15 June 2026 ("the Promotion Period").
Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of The Salad Project and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Purchase necessary to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must purchase all five limited-edition GOAT salads ("the GOATs") via The Salad Project during the Promotion Period. All five purchases must be made using the same registered account, or by the same person.
Prizes: All eligible entrants who complete the full set of five GOATs are guaranteed to receive a prize. Prizes are allocated as follows:
1st prize (1 winner): One year's worth of The Salad Project salads [52 vouchers, each redeemable for one salad of the winner's choice, valid for 12 months from the date of issue].
2nd prize (3 winners): One month's worth of The Salad Project salads, awarded as {8 vouchers, each redeemable for one salad of the winner's choice, valid for 3 months from the date of issue].
Remaining eligible entrants: One SP merchandise item or one complimentary salad voucher, at the Promoter's discretion, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
Winner Selection: All prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants by [30 June 2026]. The remaining eligible entrants will be notified and their prizes issued within [28 days] of the close of the Promotion Period.
Notification Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their stamp card. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
General No cash alternative to any prize is available. Prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter's decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
