The Spring Caesar - Our Seasonal Special

The Spring Caesar

Spring has landed at The Salad Project.

Meet The Spring Caesar - everything you want from a Caesar salad, refreshed for brighter days. Still rich, still craveable, but lifted with fresh basil, parmesan and a zing that cuts through the heaviness of winter.

This isn’t about reinventing a classic. It’s about moving it forward.

A Caesar, tuned for the season

The Caesar is a staple for a reason. It delivers every time. But as the seasons shift, so should the way it eats.

The Spring Caesar keeps that signature depth, then layers in freshness. The result is a lighter, brighter Caesar salad that still satisfies, but leaves you feeling sharper, not weighed down.

At the centre is our Spring Caesar dressing, built on the umami base you expect but with a greener, more vibrant finish - think classic Caesar meets fresh pesto.

The return of chicken breast (by request)

Back on the menu and not by accident.

Our chicken breast is back after consistent customer demand. A go-to for those looking for something lean, high-protein and versatile.

It’s simply prepared, properly seasoned, and designed to work across the menu but it lands exactly where it should in The Spring Caesar.

Every element in the bowl has a role:

  • House-made parmesan crispies

baked for a deep, savoury crunch

  • Bold Beans with pesto and peas

adding texture and a fresh, herby note

  • Cucumber and greens

    keeping things clean and crisp

  • Avocado

    for balance and richness

  • Black pepper chicken breast,

    simply lean protein, done properly

It’s a salad that hits all the right notes: rich, fresh, crunchy, and satisfying.
